Wells Fargo analyst Joseph O’Dea raised the firm’s price target on Acuity Brands to $295 from $260 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Management talks about making the business more predictable, which is playing out, the firm notes. In the process, the structural margin profile has been elevated. Predictable operational strength is encouraging, as is two quarters of improving orders, Wells adds.
