ACNB Corp. raises cash dividend 6.6% to 32c per share

ACNB Corporation, financial holding company for ACNB Bank and ACNB Insurance Services, announced that the board of directors approved and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 32c per share of ACNB Corporation common stock payable on June 14 to shareholders of record as of May 31. This per share amount reflects a 14.2% increase over the 28c per share paid in the second quarter of 2023, and a 6.6% increase over the 30c per share paid in the first quarter of 2024. James Helt, ACNB Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “Our decision to increase the dividend is a testament to the strength of our financial position and our confidence in the future growth and profitability of ACNB Corporation. This dividend declaration also represents our second increase to the quarterly cash dividend in less than a year, and represents the fourth consecutive calendar year the Corporation has increased the quarterly cash dividend.”
