ACNB Corp. increases quarterly dividend 7.1% to 30c per share

ACNB announced that the Board of Directors approved and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of ACNB Corporation common stock payable on December 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2023. This per share amount reflects a 7.1% increase, or $0.02, over the prior quarter’s cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock. With this fourth quarter dividend, the regular quarterly cash dividends paid to shareholders for the year of 2023 will total $1.14 per common share. Speaking on behalf of the Corporation, James P. Helt, President & Chief Executive Officer, stated, “In continuing ACNB Corporation’s long-standing history of providing a quarterly cash dividend, the Board of Directors voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend to $0.30 per common share.
