ACI Worldwide draws interest from Clearlake, Silver Lake, Dealreporter says

Clearlake Capitaland Silver Lakehave expressed interest in a possible takeover of ACI Worldwide, two sources familiar with the matter tell Dealreporter’s Ryan Gould and Diane Alter, according to contacts. Bloomberg’s Matthew Monks previously reported on January 4 that ACI Worldwide is working with financial advisers as it fields takeover interest from private equity suitors.
