AbbVie backs FY24 adjusted EPS view $11.05-$11.25, consensus $11.18

AbbVie is reaffirming its previously issued 2024 full-year adjusted diluted EPS guidance range of $11.05-$11.25. This guidance now includes a 42c per share dilutive impact related to the completed ImmunoGen acquisition, as well as the pending Cerevel Therapeutics acquisition, which is anticipated to close in mid-2024. AbbVie’s 2024 adjusted diluted EPS guidance excludes any impact from acquired IPR&D and milestones that may be incurred during 2024, as both cannot be reliably forecasted.
