A2Z Smart Technologies to voluntarily delist from TSXV

A2Z Smart Technologies announced that, further to the press release of February 20th, in which the company notified that it had received approval for a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at end of trading on Wednesday February 28th, the company’s common shares will no longer be listed and posted for trading on the TSXV. The delisting from the TSXV will not affect the company’s listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The common shares will continue to trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol “AZ“.
