Wolfe Research upgraded 3M to Peer Perform from Underperform without a price target. A Combat Arms settlement for $5.5B “would be about as good as could have been expected, and would better define the risk tail,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that while there are still many unknowns, the stock is now screening fair value versus its revised $76-$140 bear/bull range.
