The Arena Group (AREN) has released an update.
Cavitt Randall has been appointed as Chairman of the Board effective January 23, 2024. The Board also restructured its committees following a regular review of members’ skills and experience. The new composition includes Laura Lee, Christopher Petzel, and Carlo Zola on the Audit Committee; Hunt Allred, Christopher Petzel, and Laura Lee on the Compensation Committee; Carlo Zola, Christopher Petzel, and Hunt Allred on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; and Christopher Petzel and Hunt Allred on the Special Transaction Committee, with each committee having a designated chairperson.
