S&T Bancorp (STBA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 24, 2024, S&T Bancorp, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from 11 to 12 members and appointed Bhaskar Ramachandran as a new director, who will also serve on the Board of S&T Bank. Ramachandran is deemed independent under Nasdaq’s standards, with his committee roles yet to be assigned. He will receive a prorated cash retainer and an equity grant for his service until the next annual shareholder meeting. Ramachandran’s professional background includes executive IT roles at PPG Industries, Jabil Inc., and Textron Inc., and he has an MBA from Duke University. His appointment involved no other disclosures or arrangements requiring SEC disclosure.
