Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (SMG) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
The shareholders of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company approved an amendment and restatement of the Long-Term Incentive Plan at their Annual Meeting on January 22, 2024, which increases the number of available common shares for grants by 2,500,000. Details of the amended Plan were included in the definitive proxy statement filed on December 13, 2023, and the full text of the updated Plan can be referenced in the attached Exhibit 10.1.
