Sandy Spring Bancorp (SASR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. has appointed Charlie S. Cullum, the current Treasurer, as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, with plans for him to become the Chief Financial Officer following the retirement of the present CFO, Philip J. Mantua, by the end of the year. Mr. Cullum, 39, has been with the company since 2006 and has held various roles including Corporate Strategist and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis before his tenure as Treasurer since July 2022. Mantua’s retirement has been postponed to facilitate a smooth transition.
