Revolve Group (RVLV) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Revolve Group, Inc. appointed Jennifer Baxter Moser to its Board of Directors and to its Audit and Compensation Committees, effective immediately. Ms. Moser, who has previously served on the Board, brings extensive experience from her tenure at TSG Consumer Partners and her consulting work at Bain & Company. Her compensation for serving on the Board is in line with the Company’s outside director compensation policy. No other agreements influenced her appointment, and there are no reportable transactions involving her that require disclosure.
