Meritage Homes Initiates Quarterly Cash Dividend






SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH), the fifth-largest homebuilder in the U.S., today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of a recurring quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share. The first dividend will be paid on March 31, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on March 15, 2023.
