Columbia Banking System Announces Regular Cash Dividend of $0.30 and Provides Third Quarter 2022 Earnings Release and Conference Call Date

TACOMA, Wash., Oct. 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Columbia Banking System, Inc. (“Columbia“) (NASDAQ: COLB) announced today that a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share will be paid on October 28, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 17, 2022.

Additionally, Columbia expects to report third quarter 2022 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Management will discuss these results on a conference call scheduled for Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (2:00 p.m. ET).
