YORK, Pa., July 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — On July 12, 2022, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on August 9, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2022, which is the same as the prior quarter’s cash dividend.
