Phunware Inc (PHUN) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Ryan Costello resigned from Phunware, Inc.’s Board of Directors at the end of 2023, and Chris Olive was appointed as a Class II director on January 22, 2024, without any disclosed conflicts of interest. However, following a Board decision to downsize to four directors, Mr. Olive resigned on the same day as his appointment, with no disagreements with the company cited as the reason for his departure.
