PetVivo Holdings (PETV) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Robert J. Folkes has announced his resignation as the CFO of PetVivo Holdings, Inc., effective February 2, 2024. He will continue to offer CFO and accounting services until a new CFO is appointed. Folkes and the company plan to finalize a transition services agreement by or on his resignation date.
