Old National Bancorp Capital (ONB) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Michael L. Scudder is set to retire as Executive Chairman and director of the Company on January 31, 2024. James C. Ryan, III is scheduled to take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while also maintaining his roles as Chief Executive Officer of both the Company and Old National Bank, the Company’s main subsidiary.
