Northfield Bancorp (NFBK) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 24, 2024, Northfield Bancorp, Inc. and Northfield Bank expanded their Boards of Directors to eleven members and appointed Rachana Kulkarni as a director, effective February 1, 2024. She is expected to serve on the Risk Committee and has no prior arrangements with any other person concerning her appointment. Dr. Kulkarni is not involved in any transactions requiring disclosure and will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors as outlined in the company’s previous proxy statement.
