Nisource Inc (NI) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 25, 2024, NiSource Inc. increased the total target direct compensation for Lloyd Yates, President and CEO, to $10.645 million, including a raise in salary, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive, tying a portion to performance metrics. The adjustment reflects recognition of Yates’s transformative leadership and market alignment efforts. Additionally, Shawn Anderson, Executive VP and CFO, received a one-time equity award of $2 million, with a vesting schedule over three years and provisions for certain separations from service.
