MYR Group (MYRG) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Tod M. Cooper announced his retirement as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Transmission and Distribution segment at MYR Group Inc., effective March 1, 2024, with plans to serve as a senior advisor for up to 90 days thereafter. Brian K. Stern will succeed Cooper, bringing 19 years of service within the company to the role, with no disclosed familial or transactional conflicts of interest. Stern’s employment agreement includes a base salary, eligibility for various benefit plans, and severance provisions, along with non-compete and confidentiality clauses.
