Mass Megawatts Wind Power Inc. (MMMW) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Deborah Kasputis retired from her consulting business, which counted Mass Megawatts among its clients, and moved to Pennsylvania without any disagreement with the company. On the same day, Scott Taber was appointed to the Board of Directors of Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. to fill the vacancy left by Kasputis. Taber, aged 63, brings experience in investing and advising startups and technology-driven post-startup companies. His appointment involves the reimbursement of expenses for board services, without any special agreements.
