Regrello’s technology will be added to Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and Slack, allowing firms to automate tasks, work more efficiently, and collaborate better. The goal is to help teams move from slow processes to faster, AI-powered execution.
Steve Fisher, Salesforce’s chief product officer, said the acquisition addresses a common business challenge: “critical processes are hindered by disconnected tools and manual workflows.”
The acquisition will be funded through CRM’s cash reserves and will not impact its Fiscal 2026 guidance or capital return program.
CRM’s Efforts to Boost Agentic AI Offerings
Salesforce is improving customer experience with its agentic AI platform, Agentforce. This tool lets businesses use smart AI agents in sales, service, and marketing to help customers without needing human support.
Also, Agentforce connects with Salesforce’s Data Cloud and uses the Atlas Reasoning Engine to access live data and predict what customers need. This allows the AI to offer help before issues arise, making support more proactive and efficient.
Importantly, Salesforce is making its agentic AI even stronger by adding new tools from companies like Regrello and Waii. Waii allows AI agents to answer tough business questions using live data, helping teams make better decisions without needing tech experts.
