Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (GT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Mark Stewart has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, President, and a member of the Board of Directors at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, effective January 29, 2024, succeeding Richard J. Kramer who transitions to Senior Advisor until his retirement on July 31, 2024. Laurette T. Koellner will take over as Chairman of the Board on the same date. Previously with Stellantis N.V., Mr. Stewart’s compensation package at Goodyear includes a $1.4 million annual base salary, performance incentives, and substantial signing and long-term incentive bonuses, with provisions for repayment under certain conditions, and he will be included in the company’s executive benefit plans.
