Golden Matrix Group, Inc. has announced its ongoing commitment to acquiring 100% of the Meridian Companies, having entered into various agreements and amendments to extend the closing date of the purchase to June 30, 2024. The acquisition process includes preparing an amended proxy statement and aims to finalize the transaction in the second quarter of 2024, contingent upon fulfilling the conditions outlined in the Purchase Agreement.
