GMS Inc (GMS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
W. Bradley Southern has been appointed as a director of GMS Inc., effective January 19, 2024, and will serve until the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting. He is also appointed to the Human Capital Management and Compensation and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, and is deemed independent under NYSE and company guidelines. Southern, with extensive leadership experience and current roles at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and other organizations, will receive standard non-employee director compensation. Concurrently, Peter C. Browning announced his intention not to seek re-election and to retire at the same 2024 Annual Meeting, with no disputes prompting his departure.
