GATX Corp (GATX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
John M. Holmes was elected to the Board of Directors of GATX Corporation and assigned to its Audit Committee, with his term expiring at the 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting, where he will stand for renomination. The Board, now consisting of 10 members, has confirmed Holmes’s independence in accordance with New York Stock Exchange guidelines. His election was recommended by the Governance Committee without any external arrangements and aided by a third-party search firm. Holmes will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors as disclosed in the Company’s Proxy Statement.
