Farmers & Merchants Bancorp Inc (FMAO) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
F&M Bank announced the retirements of executives Rex Rice and Benét Rupp, with Rice serving until March 1, 2024, and Rupp until March 22, 2024. President and CEO Lars Eller thanked them for their contributions, highlighting Rice’s role in growing the lending portfolio over 43 years and Rupp’s impact on improving bank functions since 2019. The bank also revealed promotions as part of its succession plan, reflecting Eller’s focus on talent development since becoming CEO.
