Edify Acquisition (EAC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Edify Acquisition Corp. (EAC) and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company have amended their Investment Management Trust Agreement as per the decision approved by EAC’s stockholders at a Special Meeting. The amendment, dated July 20, 2023, modifies the original agreement established on January 14, 2021. This amendment is documented and attached as an exhibit to the Current Report.
