Cullen/Frost Bankers (CFR) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 24, 2024, Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from thirteen to fourteen members and elected Hope Andrade as a new director. With a background in government and business, including serving as Texas’ 107th Secretary of State and roles with the Texas Workforce Commission and Texas Department of Transportation, Ms. Andrade brings a wealth of experience. She is also involved with several other organizations and businesses. The Board has confirmed her independence according to NYSE and SEC standards, and she will join the Audit and Risk Committees, receiving the same compensation as her fellow non-employee directors. Her appointment was made without any external arrangements, although she owns a business that had and will likely continue to have banking transactions with Cullen/Frost.
