Sidhu, who has been instrumental in developing ZURA’s pipeline and securing vital capital, will continue to serve on the board. Lisicki, currently President and COO, is poised to join the board as well, expanding its size to ten members. This transition comes with no disclosed affiliations or interests for Lisicki outside of his promotion.
