Zip Co Limited has announced a change in Director Diane Smith-Gander’s holdings, with the acquisition of 26,315 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through an on-market trade priced at $1.160 each. Following this transaction, Smith-Gander’s total holdings have increased to 178,322 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares. The company reported no changes in the director’s interests in contracts and confirmed that the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
