This comes as a result of Zhaojin Capital’s successful off-market takeover bid for Tietto’s fully paid ordinary shares, which saw their ownership jump by 73,875,013 shares. The strategic move by Zhaojin Capital highlights increased investor confidence and control in the mining company’s operations.
