xReality Group Limited disclosed an inadvertent breach of ASX Listing Rules due to the unapproved issuance of options to directors and a failure to notify the ASX of issued service rights and options. The company has cancelled the improperly issued options and plans to seek shareholder approval for their reissue. They have also corrected their compliance procedures to prevent future breaches.
