XPeng Inc. has solidified its strategic partnership with the Volkswagen Group through a new framework agreement, aiming to integrate XPeng’s advanced Electrical/Electronic (E/E) Architecture into Volkswagen’s electric vehicles in China by 2026. This collaboration is anticipated to enhance the technological and cost competitiveness of Smart EV products in the dynamic Chinese market. The company’s proprietary E/E Architecture is set to enable rapid software iteration and high-speed data transmission, positioning XPeng and Volkswagen at the forefront of intelligent connected vehicles.
