W&T Offshore, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to six members and appointed the seasoned oil and gas attorney Mr. John D. Buchanan as its newest member, effective April 8, 2024. Buchanan brings over 30 years of legal expertise, with past roles at ExxonMobil and Comerica, and military service as a U.S. Army officer. He meets NYSE independence standards, has no conflicting transactions requiring disclosure, and will receive standard compensation for his role, further detailed in the Company’s previous filings. His appointment strengthens the Board’s depth of experience in legal and corporate governance.
