Workday (WDAY) has shared an update.
Ann-Marie Campbell has informed Workday, Inc. that she will not seek re-election to the Board of Directors and will resign at the start of the upcoming Annual Meeting. Her departure is not due to any disagreements with the company. Furthermore, Workday’s Board has restructured, redistributing its members to ensure equal class sizes, leading to Lynne Doughtie resigning from her Class I director role to be reappointed as a Class III director, with her term now concluding at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
