Wisetech Global Ltd. (AU:WTC) has released an update.
Teresa Engelhard has stepped down from her position as a director at WiseTech Global Ltd., effective April 8, 2024. At the time of her departure, Engelhard did not hold any registered securities but had indirect interests in 4,208 ordinary shares through a nominee company and 529 rights convertible to shares post the company’s full-year results in August 2024. Upon exiting, a portion of these rights will be converted into shares, while the remainder will lapse.
