Wise PLC Class A (GB:WISE) has released an update.
Wise PLC has announced the granting of Class A ordinary shares to key managerial personnel as part of its Long Term Incentive Plan. Jessica Winter, Rohan Basu, and Diana Avila, among others, have been awarded shares, which are subject to continued service and will be released on a quarterly basis. Additionally, Diana Avila has undertaken transactions involving the disposal of shares to cover tax and social security liabilities.
