WiSA Technologies, Inc. (WISA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
WiSA Technologies, Inc. conducted its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on January 30, 2024, where two key proposals were voted on. The first proposal resulted in the election of eight nominees as company directors to serve until the next annual meeting, with a majority of votes for each nominee and a significant number of broker non-votes. In the second proposal, BPM LLP was ratified as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year, with a large number of votes in favor and smaller amounts against or abstaining.
