WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings (WSC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a regulation fd disclosure.

On January 29, 2024, the Company and McGrath announced their Merger Agreement through a joint press release. The release details, though provided as Exhibit 99.1, are not considered “filed” under Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, nor incorporated by reference in any other securities filings unless explicitly stated.
