Wide Open Agriculture Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its subsidiary Dirty Clean Foods to DCF Global, owned by former CEO Mr. Jay Albany, following shareholder approval. The $1.5 million deferred cash sale is structured to be paid within five years, with $500,000 due in the first three years. The sale is a strategic move for the leading Australian regenerative food and agriculture company, which is scaling up production of its flagship plant-based protein, Buntine Protein®.
