Wickes Group Plc (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group Plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 145,574 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 150.8 to 154.4 pence per share, reflecting ongoing efforts to optimize shareholder value. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback programme, which has seen the company acquire 12,141,334 shares to date. Following the cancellation, Wickes’ total voting rights will stand at 247,496,664 shares.
