Wickes Group Plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 158,890 of its ordinary shares, with transaction details provided for the 16th April 2024. This buyback is a part of a larger programme, summing up to 11,611,572 shares acquired to date. Following the cancellations, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 248,026,426.
