Wickes Group Plc (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group Plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 166,382 of its own ordinary shares, affecting the company’s total issued share capital which will stand at 247,032,855 shares post-cancellation. The shares were bought through Peel Hunt LLP with prices ranging between 143.6 and 147.0 pence per share, averaging at 145.4017 pence. This move is part of a larger buyback programme that has seen Wickes acquire over 12 million shares to date.
