The disclosure, as per ASX listing rules, includes El-Raghy’s indirect interests in the company through Montana Realty Pty Ltd and El-Raghy Kriewaldt Pty Ltd, amounting to a combined total of 67.8 million ordinary shares. No direct shareholdings were listed, nor were there any interests in contracts reported at this time.
