Western Mines Group Ltd (AU:WMG) has released an update.
Western Mines Group Ltd reports significant progress in their diamond drilling program at the Mulga Tank Ni-Cu-PGE Project, with hole MTD029 (EIS3) revealing approximately 700 meters of high MgO dunite ultramafic rock containing disseminated magmatic sulphides. High-grade nickel sulphide veinlets have been identified, suggesting a potential source of mineralization at depth. The first 600 meters of core have been sampled for geochemical assay and a 70kg sample has been collected for initial metallurgical testing.
