Western Copper and Gold Corporation has announced a $25 million public offering through a syndicate of underwriters led by Eight Capital. The offering will involve 13,158,000 common shares at $1.90 each, with proceeds aimed at advancing the Casino Project in the Yukon and for general corporate uses. The offering is anticipated to close by April 30, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
