Western Copper and Gold Corporation has announced the appointment of Sandeep Singh as the new CEO and the retirement of Kenneth Williamson, alongside a private placement of 2.2 million shares. The shares, priced at C$1.35 each and totaling approximately $3 million, were fully acquired by Mr. Singh, with the deal concluding on March 4, 2024. This strategic leadership transition and significant private investment mark a new chapter for the company.
