West Mining Corp. has announced a private placement seeking to raise $750,000 by offering 3,750,000 units at $0.20 each. These units include common shares and warrants, with the latter allowing the purchase of additional shares at $0.40 within two years. The proceeds from this financing will support the company’s general working capital needs.
